Themed Cocktail
The Stepps Special
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz aged rum
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
- 0.5 oz passion fruit juice
- 2 oz sparkling water
- 2 dashes black walnut bitters
Instructions:
- 1Combine rum, lime juice, hibiscus syrup, passion fruit juice, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 10 seconds.
- 3Strain into a highball glass over ice.
- 4Top with sparkling water.
- 5Garnish with a hibiscus flower and a lime wheel — dance like the audition depends on it.
