Themed Cocktail

The Stepps Special

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz aged rum
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
  • 0.5 oz passion fruit juice
  • 2 oz sparkling water
  • 2 dashes black walnut bitters

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine rum, lime juice, hibiscus syrup, passion fruit juice, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake for 10 seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a highball glass over ice.
  4. 4Top with sparkling water.
  5. 5Garnish with a hibiscus flower and a lime wheel — dance like the audition depends on it.
