The Rules
- Sip — The ice cream truck is used as a front for selling marijuana to customers
- Sip — Cheech counts money and gets the math completely wrong with confidence
- Sip — Chong wanders into a surreal subplot that has no obvious connection to the main story
- Sip — A police officer notices something obviously criminal and misinterprets it entirely
- Sip — A customer mistakes the product being sold for actual ice cream
- Drink Twice — Timothy Leary appears and delivers psychedelic commentary on the situation
- Drink Twice — Dr. Cabrillo's mental institution scenes feature a new bizarre inmate
- Drink Twice — Someone is transformed or mutated by experimental substances on screen
- Shot — Cheech and Chong's ice cream empire briefly becomes legitimately profitable
- Shot — The cops finally corner the duo and are still somehow outsmarted
- Chug — Cheech is turned into a lizard by the experimental marijuana strain
Themed Cocktail
The Nice Dream Float
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz tequila blanco
- 0.5 oz Midori
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 1 small scoop lime sherbet
- Lime zest for garnish
Instructions:
- 1Combine tequila, Midori, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a tall glass over ice.
- 3Float a small scoop of lime sherbet on top.
- 4Zest lime over the sherbet and serve with a straw.
