1.5 oz mezcal
0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz pineapple juice
0.25 oz jalapeño simple syrup
Tajin rim and fresh pineapple wedge for garnish

Instructions:

1Rim a rocks glass with Tajin and fill with ice.
2Combine mezcal, hibiscus syrup, lime juice, pineapple juice, and jalapeño syrup in a shaker with ice.
3Shake vigorously for 12 seconds and strain over ice into the prepared glass.
