Themed Cocktail
Parker Crane's Bride
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz mezcal
- 0.75 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz lavender syrup
- 1 oz sparkling water
- 1 tsp activated charcoal syrup
Instructions:
- 1Combine mezcal, St-Germain, lemon juice, lavender syrup, and charcoal syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a coupe glass.
- 3Top gently with sparkling water.
- 4Garnish with a dried lavender sprig balanced across the rim of the glass.
