Themed Cocktail
Kirby's Trivia Sour
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz mezcal
- 0.75 oz Aperol
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Instructions:
- 1Combine mezcal, Aperol, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake hard for 12 seconds until well chilled.
- 3Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist expressed over the glass.
