Themed Cocktail
Fake It Till You Make It Fizz
Ingredients:
- 1 oz peach schnapps
- 1 oz gin
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz elderflower syrup
- 3 oz Champagne
- 1 tsp grenadine
Instructions:
- 1Combine gin, peach schnapps, lemon juice, and elderflower syrup in a shaker with ice
- 2Shake briefly for 10 seconds and strain into a Champagne flute
- 3Top slowly with Champagne to preserve the bubbles
- 4Add grenadine carefully down the side — it will sink to the bottom like a secret
- 5The drink presents beautifully pink on top and gold at the bottom
- 6Garnish with a sugared rim and a peach slice balanced on the flute rim
