- Drink Twice — Leopold cooks an elaborate formal Victorian meal for Kate
- Drink Twice — Leopold's butter commercial shoot goes surprisingly and perfectly
- Drink Twice — Stuart falls through the temporal portal at the wrong moment
- Shot — Kate discovers that Leopold is actually her ancestor in a portrait
- Shot — Kate follows Leopold through the time portal back to 1876

Themed Cocktail
Leopold's Manhattan
Ingredients:
- 2 oz rye whiskey
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 0.25 oz maraschino liqueur
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Brandied cherry for garnish
Instructions:
- 1Chill a coupe or Nick and Nora glass in the freezer for 5 minutes
- 2Combine rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, maraschino liqueur, and both bitters in a mixing glass with ice
- 3Stir with a bar spoon for 40 full rotations — as a Victorian duke would insist
- 4Strain into the chilled glass with maximum elegance
- 5The drink should be a deep amber red, clear, and perfectly balanced
- 6Garnish with a brandied cherry on a long cocktail pick placed across the rim
