The Centennial Crush
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz tequila blanco
- 0.75 oz watermelon juice
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz raspberry syrup
- 2 oz sparkling water
Instructions:
- 1Combine tequila, watermelon juice, lime juice, and raspberry syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 10 seconds.
- 3Strain into a highball glass over ice.
- 4Top with sparkling water.
- 5Garnish with a watermelon wedge and a lime wheel — fake plans, real feelings.
