The Rules

Themed Cocktail
The Sokovia Accords
Ingredients:
- 1 oz rye whiskey (Team Cap)
- 1 oz bourbon (Team Iron Man)
- 0.5 oz Averna amaro
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz honey syrup
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Instructions:
- 1Combine both whiskeys, Averna, lemon juice, honey syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice
- 2Shake hard for 15 seconds — they need to fight it out
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube
- 4Garnish with a lemon peel on one side and an orange peel on the other — two sides, one glass
- 5Do not choose between the garnishes — they both end up on the ice together
