Themed Cocktail
The Kat Stratford
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz raspberry syrup
- 2 oz sparkling rosé
Instructions:
- 1Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and raspberry syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 10 seconds.
- 3Strain into a wine glass over ice.
- 4Top with sparkling rosé.
- 5Garnish with a fresh raspberry and a lemon twist — sharp, bright, and not easily charmed.
