Themed Cocktail
The Crimson Cloak
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz mezcal
- 0.75 oz hibiscus syrup
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz Campari
- 0.5 oz pomegranate juice
- 1 tsp black lava salt for rim
Instructions:
- 1Rim a coupe glass with black lava salt using a lemon wedge for adhesion.
- 2Combine mezcal, hibiscus syrup, lemon juice, Campari, and pomegranate juice in a shaker with ice.
- 3Shake hard for 12 seconds — it should look deeply crimson when strained.
- 4Double strain into the prepared coupe glass.
- 5No garnish — the color is the garnish. It looks exactly like what you think it does.
