Themed Cocktail
The Dock of Shame
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz dark rum
- 1 oz passion fruit puree
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz orgeat
- 0.25 oz grenadine
- 2 oz ginger beer
Instructions:
- 1Combine rum, passion fruit puree, lime juice, and orgeat in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously until cold.
- 3Strain into a tiki mug filled with crushed ice.
- 4Drizzle grenadine on top and finish with ginger beer.
