Themed Cocktail
The High Wire
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz cognac
- 0.5 oz Cointreau
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
- 1 dash Peychaud's bitters
- 1 egg white
Instructions:
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice and dry shake for 15 seconds.
- 2Add ice and shake vigorously for another 15 seconds.
- 3Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Allow the foam to settle and rise naturally.
- 5Add a single drop of bitters on the foam surface.
