Themed Cocktail

The Windsor Pimm's

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Pimm's No. 1
  • 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 3 oz ginger ale
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cucumber slices
  • 1 strawberry and mint sprig for garnish

Instructions:

  1. 1Muddle cucumber slices with lemon juice in the bottom of a tall Collins glass.
  2. 2Fill the glass with ice and add Pimm's and elderflower liqueur.
  3. 3Top with ginger ale and stir gently twice.
  4. 4Garnish with a strawberry on the rim and a mint sprig tucked beside the ice.
