Themed Cocktail
The Windsor Pimm's
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Pimm's No. 1
- 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
- 3 oz ginger ale
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 cucumber slices
- 1 strawberry and mint sprig for garnish
Instructions:
- 1Muddle cucumber slices with lemon juice in the bottom of a tall Collins glass.
- 2Fill the glass with ice and add Pimm's and elderflower liqueur.
- 3Top with ginger ale and stir gently twice.
- 4Garnish with a strawberry on the rim and a mint sprig tucked beside the ice.
