Darcy's London Blue
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.5 oz butterfly pea flower syrup
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
- 3 oz tonic water
- Lemon wheel
Instructions:
- 1Combine gin, butterfly pea flower syrup, lemon juice, and elderflower liqueur in a shaker with ice
- 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a highball glass over fresh ice
- 3Top with tonic water and stir gently — as the citrus touches the blue it will shift purple
