Ingredients:

1.5 oz dark rum
0.5 oz coconut rum
0.75 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.25 oz hibiscus syrup
0.25 oz activated charcoal simple syrup

Instructions:

1Combine both rums, pineapple juice, lime juice, and hibiscus syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Shake hard for 12 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
3Carefully drip activated charcoal syrup in from the center so it sinks into the drink's core.
4Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple ring and a small cuttlefish pick or nautical anchor toothpick.
