The Rules
- Sip — the timestamp changes during a nighttime bedroom surveillance scene
- Sip — Micah Sloat ignores Katie's advice and provokes the demon anyway
- Sip — Katie Featherston hears a sound and says she doesn't want to go downstairs
- Sip — Micah reviews the camera footage and pauses it saying 'Did you see that?'
- Sip — a door moves on its own while the couple is sleeping in bed
- Drink Twice — the psychic Dr. Fredrichs refuses to stay and says the house is too dangerous
- Drink Twice — Katie stands motionless beside the bed staring at Micah for several hours
- Drink Twice — a loud bang, thud, or crash comes from downstairs in the night
- Shot — Micah finds the burnt photograph of Katie hidden under the attic floorboards
- Shot — possessed Katie drags Micah off-screen and a thud is heard followed by silence
- Chug — Katie lurches at the camera in full demonic possession in the night-vision final shot
Themed Cocktail
Ouija Board Fizz
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz mezcal
- 0.75 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz sparkling water
- 1 dash lavender bitters
Instructions:
- 1Combine mezcal, St-Germain, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
- 3Top with sparkling water and add the lavender bitters on top without stirring.
- 4Garnish with a long lemon peel spiral draped over the rim.
