Themed Cocktail

Atlantic Drift

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz aged rum
  • 1 oz coconut water
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz honey syrup
  • 2 oz ginger beer
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions:

  1. 1Fill a highball glass with fresh ice
  2. 2Combine aged rum, coconut water, lime juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice
  3. 3Shake for 12 seconds and strain into the prepared glass
  4. 4Top with ginger beer and add Angostura bitters on top
  5. 5Stir gently once — like a slow rolling wave
  6. 6Garnish with a lime wheel and a tiny rolled piece of paper tied with twine on a cocktail pick
