Themed Cocktail
Atlantic Drift
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz aged rum
- 1 oz coconut water
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 2 oz ginger beer
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions:
- 1Fill a highball glass with fresh ice
- 2Combine aged rum, coconut water, lime juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice
- 3Shake for 12 seconds and strain into the prepared glass
- 4Top with ginger beer and add Angostura bitters on top
- 5Stir gently once — like a slow rolling wave
- 6Garnish with a lime wheel and a tiny rolled piece of paper tied with twine on a cocktail pick
