Themed Cocktail
Annexation Punch
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz tequila blanco
- 1 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz coconut syrup
- 0.5 oz dry curaçao
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
- 1Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice.
- 2Combine tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, coconut syrup, and salt in a shaker with ice.
- 3Shake for 15 seconds and strain into the prepared glass.
- 4Slowly pour dry curaçao over the top for the blue layer effect.
- 5Garnish with a pineapple slice and a lime wedge on the rim.
