  • Drink Twice — James Conrad communicates successfully with the Iwi tribe using sign language or gesture
  • Drink Twice — A Vietnam-era song plays over a violence scene — the anachronistic soundtrack hits
  • Shot — Kong is revealed in full scale — the camera pans up and up and Kong fills the entire frame
  • Shot — Kong battles the Skull Devil — the massive Skullcrawler alpha — over the river at sunset
  • Chug — Kong crushes the Skull Devil's skull by ripping out its tongue with the boat chain — blood sprays — silence
