Themed Cocktail
Night Fury
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz dark rum
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 0.75 oz hibiscus syrup
- 1 oz blackberry juice
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz sparkling water
Instructions:
- 1Combine dark rum, coconut cream, hibiscus syrup, blackberry juice, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice
- 2Shake hard for 15 seconds until fully blended
- 3Strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice cubes
- 4Top with sparkling water and stir once gently
- 5The drink will appear deep purple-black like Toothless's scales
- 6Garnish with a blackberry on the rim and a lemon twist
