Themed Cocktail
Luke's Diner Cold Brew
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz bourbon
- 2 oz cold brew coffee concentrate
- 0.5 oz vanilla syrup
- 0.5 oz heavy cream
- 0.25 oz maple syrup
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions:
- 1Combine bourbon, cold brew, vanilla syrup, and maple syrup in a mixing glass with ice and stir for 15 seconds.
- 2Strain into a rocks glass or diner mug over a single large ice cube.
- 3Add a pinch of sea salt over the top.
- 4Float heavy cream over the back of a spoon — it will layer on top.
- 5Serve as Luke would: without asking if you want cream because you always do.
