The Letters of Transit

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz cognac
  • 0.75 oz Grand Marnier
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine cognac, Grand Marnier, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake until well chilled, about 12 seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. 4Add a single dash of Angostura bitters on the surface.
