- Drink Twice — the Thai prison features an unexpected musical performance
- Drink Twice — Mark Darcy looks mortified by Bridget in a social setting
- Shot — Bridget sings 'Like a Virgin' in the Thai women's prison
- Shot — Bridget falls down the ski slope in spectacular fashion
- Chug — Mark proposes to Bridget in the snow outside her flat
Themed Cocktail
Bangkok Spritz
Ingredients:
- 1 oz elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz lychee juice
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz raspberry syrup
- 3 oz Champagne
- 1 tsp coconut water
Instructions:
- 1Combine elderflower liqueur, lychee juice, lime juice, raspberry syrup, and coconut water in a shaker with ice
- 2Shake briefly for 8 seconds — just enough to chill and blend
- 3Strain into a Champagne flute
- 4Top slowly with Champagne, pouring down the inside of the glass
- 5The lychee and elderflower will create a floral tropical nose
- 6Garnish with a single lychee fruit on a cocktail pick across the rim
