Ingredients:

2 oz white rum
1 oz dry curaçao (exception: ocean color is mandatory here)
1 oz fresh pineapple juice
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz coconut cream
1 tsp sea salt (rim)

Instructions:

1Rim a rocks glass with sea salt and fill with ice.
2Combine rum, dry curaçao, pineapple juice, lime juice, and coconut cream in a shaker with ice.
3Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
4Strain into the prepared rocks glass over fresh ice.
5Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a sprig of fresh mint.
