Themed Cocktail
The Scuba Steve
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz light rum
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz pineapple juice
- 1 tsp grenadine
Instructions:
- 1Combine rum, coconut cream, lime juice, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
- 4Add grenadine slowly — it will sink to form a red layer at the bottom.
- 5Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve — because Scuba Steve loves adventure.
