Themed Cocktail
Cornish Time Traveler
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz gin
- 1 oz elderflower liqueur
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 2 oz tonic water
- 2 dashes lavender bitters
Instructions:
- 1Fill a chilled highball glass with fresh ice cubes
- 2Pour gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and honey syrup over the ice
- 3Stir gently from the bottom to combine without bruising the botanicals
- 4Add lavender bitters and top with tonic water, pouring slowly down the side
- 5The elderflower and lavender should give a soft countryside floral scent
- 6Garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of fresh thyme from the garden
