1.5 oz dark rum
1 oz passion fruit puree
0.75 oz lime juice
0.5 oz orgeat
0.25 oz grenadine
2 oz ginger beer

Instructions

1Combine rum, passion fruit puree, lime juice, and orgeat in a shaker with ice.
2Shake vigorously until cold.
3Strain into a tiki mug filled with crushed ice.
4Drizzle grenadine on top and finish with ginger beer.
