Kayako's Croak

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz Ramazzotti amaro
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz black sesame syrup
• 1 oz cold jasmine tea (brewed and chilled)
• 1 tsp activated charcoal syrup

Instructions

1. 1Combine mezcal, Ramazzotti, lemon juice, black sesame syrup, jasmine tea, and charcoal syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake hard for 12 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
3. 3Do not stir — allow the layers to settle naturally into the glass.
4. 4Garnish with a single white sesame seed floated on the surface.
