Valak's Veil

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz blackberry liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz lavender syrup
• 1 oz tonic water
• 1 tsp activated charcoal syrup

Instructions

1. 1Combine mezcal, blackberry liqueur, lemon juice, lavender syrup, and charcoal syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a stemmed wine glass over ice.
3. 3Top with tonic water and gently stir once.
4. 4Garnish with a sprig of dried lavender and a fresh blackberry on a pick.
