Heather's Confession

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz Cynar
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz agave syrup
• 2 dashes mole bitters
• 1 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1. 1Combine mezcal, Cynar, lime juice, agave syrup, and mole bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a short rocks glass over a large ice cube.
3. 3Top with sparkling water and stir once.
4. 4Garnish with a woody sprig of rosemary to evoke the forest setting.
