Ingredients

• 1.5 oz reposado tequila
• 0.75 oz triple sec
• 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz agave nectar
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions

1. 1Combine tequila, triple sec, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave nectar in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Add a pinch of cayenne directly into the shaker.
3. 3Shake vigorously for 15 seconds — fast, like the bus.
4. 4Strain into a chilled salt-rimmed rocks glass over ice.
5. 5Garnish with a grapefruit wedge pressed onto the rim.
