Kirby's Trivia Sour

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz Aperol
• 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine mezcal, Aperol, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake hard for 12 seconds until well chilled.
3. 3Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist expressed over the glass.
