Ingredients

2 oz Scotch whisky
0.75 oz honey syrup
0.5 oz lemon juice
2 dashes aromatic bitters
1 rosemary sprig

Instructions

1Lightly muddle the rosemary sprig in a shaker.
2Add Scotch, honey syrup, lemon juice, and bitters with ice.
3Shake and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
4Express rosemary oils over the top.
