Ingredients:
- 2 oz Scotch whisky
- 0.75 oz honey syrup
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- 1 rosemary sprig
Instructions:
- 1Lightly muddle the rosemary sprig in a shaker.
- 2Add Scotch, honey syrup, lemon juice, and bitters with ice.
- 3Shake and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
- 4Express rosemary oils over the top.
