2 oz bourbon
1 oz maple syrup

Instructions

1Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice
2Dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds
3Add ice and shake again until well-chilled
4Double strain into Collins glass filled with fresh ice
5Top with fresh grated nutmeg
