Themed Cocktail

French Toast Express

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz maple syrup
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz cinnamon syrup
  • 1 dash vanilla extract
  • 1 whole egg
Instructions:
  1. 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice
  2. 2Dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds
  3. 3Add ice and shake again until well-chilled
  4. 4Double strain into Collins glass filled with fresh ice
  5. 5Top with fresh grated nutmeg
