Parker Crane's Bride

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz lavender syrup
• 1 oz sparkling water
• 1 tsp activated charcoal syrup

Instructions

1. 1Combine mezcal, St-Germain, lemon juice, lavender syrup, and charcoal syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a coupe glass.
3. 3Top gently with sparkling water.
4. 4Garnish with a dried lavender sprig balanced across the rim of the glass.
