Ingredients

• 4 oz full-bodied Burgundy or Pinot Noir
• 0.5 oz tawny port
• 1 tsp black cherry preserves
• 1 dash balsamic vinegar
• Fresh cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. 1Pour the Pinot Noir and tawny port into a wine glass.
2. 2Add the cherry preserves and stir gently to incorporate.
3. 3Add a single dash of balsamic vinegar.
4. 4Crack fresh black pepper directly over the surface.
5. 5Swirl once and contemplate it before drinking — as Hannibal would.
