- Drink Twice — When it becomes clear the dish Hannibal served contained human meat
- Drink Twice — Every time Hannibal commits or orchestrates a murder that is staged as art
- Drink Twice — When Will Graham correctly identifies Hannibal as the Chesapeake Ripper
- Shot — When Hannibal frames Will Graham for his own murders and Will is arrested

Ingredients:
- 4 oz full-bodied Burgundy or Pinot Noir
- 0.5 oz tawny port
- 1 tsp black cherry preserves
- 1 dash balsamic vinegar
- Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- 1Pour the Pinot Noir and tawny port into a wine glass.
- 2Add the cherry preserves and stir gently to incorporate.
- 3Add a single dash of balsamic vinegar.
- 4Crack fresh black pepper directly over the surface.
- 5Swirl once and contemplate it before drinking — as Hannibal would.
