Ingredients

• 2 oz rum
• 0.75 oz fresh pineapple juice
• 0.5 oz coconut water
• 0.5 oz passion fruit syrup
• 0.25 oz ginger syrup
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine rum, pineapple juice, coconut water, passion fruit syrup, ginger syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice
2. 2Shake firmly for 12 seconds
3. 3Strain into a highball glass over crushed ice
4. 4Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on a pick
5. 5Serve with a paper umbrella — even Ego had style
