The Rules
- Sip — Baby Groot dances while the rest of the team fights for their lives behind him
- Sip — Ego compliments Peter's Celestial heritage with suspiciously warm fatherly pride
- Sip — Rocket Raccoon sabotages a relationship to avoid emotional vulnerability
- Sip — Mantis touches someone and immediately announces their secret emotion out loud
- Sip — Yondu whistles and the Yaka Arrow kills something with an elegant spiral
- Drink Twice — The Ravager Taserface mutiny leaves Yondu and Rocket in a prison pod
- Drink Twice — Nebula describes in precise detail what Thanos did to her body and mind
- Drink Twice — Ego reveals he killed Meredith Quill with the brain tumor he planted
- Shot — Peter uses his Celestial power against Ego on the planet surface
- Shot — Yondu flies Peter out of Ego's exploding planet with the only spacesuit
- Chug — Yondu dies in space — Peter holds him — and Rocket realizes he had the same father
Themed Cocktail
The Ego Planet
Ingredients:
- 2 oz rum
- 0.75 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz coconut water
- 0.5 oz passion fruit syrup
- 0.25 oz ginger syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Instructions:
- 1Combine rum, pineapple juice, coconut water, passion fruit syrup, ginger syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice
- 2Shake firmly for 12 seconds
- 3Strain into a highball glass over crushed ice
- 4Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on a pick
- 5Serve with a paper umbrella — even Ego had style
