Luke's Diner Cold Brew

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 2 oz cold brew coffee concentrate
• 0.5 oz vanilla syrup
• 0.5 oz heavy cream
• 0.25 oz maple syrup
• 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, cold brew, vanilla syrup, and maple syrup in a mixing glass with ice and stir for 15 seconds.
2. 2Strain into a rocks glass or diner mug over a single large ice cube.
3. 3Add a pinch of sea salt over the top.
4. 4Float heavy cream over the back of a spoon — it will layer on top.
5. 5Serve as Luke would: without asking if you want cream because you always do.
