1.5 oz Islay scotch
0.5 oz black walnut liqueur
0.5 oz sweet vermouth
1 dash mole bitters
1 dash orange bitters

Instructions

1Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
2Stir for 35 seconds until deeply chilled and diluted.
3Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
4Express a lemon peel over the glass and discard.
5Garnish and serve.
