Spice Melange Sipper

Ingredients

• 2 oz mezcal
• 0.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 0.5 oz Aperol
• 0.25 oz agave nectar
• 2 dashes cardamom bitters
• 1 pinch saffron-infused simple syrup (0.25 oz)

Instructions

1. 1Steep a small pinch of saffron in warm simple syrup for 10 minutes and let cool.
2. 2Combine mezcal, grapefruit juice, Aperol, agave nectar, saffron syrup, and cardamom bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
3. 3Stir for 25 rotations until chilled and slightly diluted.
4. 4Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
5. 5Garnish and serve immediately.
