3 oz dry Champagne
0.5 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
0.25 oz fresh lemon juice
1 sugar cube
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

1Place a sugar cube at the bottom of a chilled Champagne flute.
2Add two dashes of Peychaud's bitters directly onto the sugar cube.
3Pour St-Germain and fresh lemon juice gently over the cube.
4Top slowly with chilled Champagne.
5Do not stir — let it rise on its own terms.
