Inglewood Sour

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz passion fruit syrup
• 1 egg white
• 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, and egg white in a shaker without ice.
2. 2Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds to build foam.
3. 3Add ice and shake again for another 12 seconds.
4. 4Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
5. 5Dot bitters on the foam and drag a toothpick through for a pattern.
