Ingredients:

1.5 oz bourbon
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz passion fruit syrup
1 egg white
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions:

1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, and egg white in a shaker without ice.
2Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds to build foam.
3Add ice and shake again for another 12 seconds.
4Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
5Dot bitters on the foam and drag a toothpick through for a pattern.
