Jane Eyre Fizz

Ingredients

• 1 oz bourbon
• 1 oz ginger liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 3 oz ginger beer
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, ginger liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a copper mug or highball glass over ice
3. 3Top with ginger beer and add Angostura bitters on top
4. 4Stir gently once from the bottom
5. 5The warming ginger and bourbon should evoke a late autumn New York feeling
6. 6Garnish with a lemon wedge and a small piece of crystallized ginger on the rim
