Dante's Descent

Ingredients

• 2 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
• 0.25 oz agave nectar
• 3 dashes smoked chili bitters
• 1 tsp black lava salt for rim

Instructions

1. 1Rim a rocks glass with black lava salt using a lime wedge.
2. 2Combine mezcal, lime juice, hibiscus syrup, agave nectar, and smoked chili bitters in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake hard for 15 seconds.
4. 4Strain into the prepared glass over a large ice cube.
5. 5Garnish with a dried hibiscus flower and a lime wedge.
